Just completed an outstanding 4 night stay. I booked a standard king and used an SNA. Despite the fact that it is peak tourist season and the hotel was sold out a couple of nights during our stay, an upgrade to a Heritage 1BR Suite was confirmed a few days prior to our arrival. The suite was gorgeous and overlooked St Stephens green. A real classic old world style suite. Extremely comfortable with lovely amenities and excellent service. As a Titanium, breakfast (menu and/or buffet) was comped. We enjoyed tea one afternoon in the Lord Mayor's Lounge and drinks at the Horseshoe Bar. The hotel is lovely, IMHO the best location in Dublin, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
