Earlier this month, the Raffles menu had wonton soup for dinner and ee fu noodles with beef brisket for breakfast (SFO-HKG). HKG-SIN had congee with sliced garoupa. I don't recall dim sum or ee fu on the BTC menu, but don't take my word for it .

You can deplane in HKG, though the layover is not long. I think we had about 20 minutes of freedom before we were asked to head back to the departures level. Of course, we spent a good deal of time just waiting until they let us back on.
