I haven’t seen these but large online travel agents can get special fares which are non public. Similar what corporate deals can have. These fares can have additional restrictions. So no tier points. But can be anything. Also if anything goes wrong you mainly have to deal with the OTA directly. So I would be very careful before I go and buy these really cheap tickets.
