I don't think the OP is suggesting B2B at DUB - BA830 outbound and BA835 back - but therein lies a problem. If one of those is cancelled, or the outbound very late, you could miss the return. That is why people favour back-to-backs - ie returning on the same aircraft you went out on - on the basis that if it is late going out, it will equally late coming back - but then you are into how 'doable' a B2B is at DUB right now.

Without dates, we don't know the times of those flights, but IF everything runs, and on time, it looks like you have plenty of time to collect your bags at DUB (if they get there!) and go back through security. Or, you could leave your bags at left luggage at LHR and check them in for the YVR flight during your LHR connection - but if you are late getting back to LHR you may not have time for that.

You don't say where you are but Bisonrav's suggestion of doing the DUB shuffle the day before is good as you can do it luggage free and, if you in London, go home for the night prior to the YVR flight, or stay overnight at LHR.
