Question for the group. I’m in paid J on a LAX-JFK flight and have a request submitted for an upgrade to first using a BXP1 (not sure it’s relevant, but just in case it complicates things). My friend just booked the flight in economy and I want to use a SWU to upgrade him to business. Is there a way for AA to link the reservations so he can leverage my status?
