We've all heard and read the horror baggage stories at FRA these days. One can always hope for the best but talking to friends who ventured across the pond to Canada, not a single person arrived at destination with their complete set of checked-in luggage. Some got their luggage within 48 hours, some are still waiting (more than 10 days now)....
