I have also seen this on SFO-MUC-XXX (last leg LH) when the SFO-MUC is 789 . No available of PremPlus. I called and the agent saw the same issue but then discovered if you multi-city SFO-MUC and the MUC-XXX the 789 PremPlus option appears and is priced properly. I when asked the agent to do mutli-city it work for them. (Had to use agent due to a different FFC problem.).
There is something weird occurring and don't thing it is married segments.
