The smallest tavel can opener is the military issued type you can get off Amazon. I have several, but TSA took one of them off my key chain, so I only travel with it if I check a bag. Good luck finding a TSA compliant one.

I did however, find a TSA multi-tool that's compliant that I keep on my keychain. It's the Gerber Shard.
