Spent our one night there on Monday July 18. Hotel was fully booked. No option for an upgrade or a runway view. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. I had asked the front desk to book a cab for us at 7 AM and to send up a second robe (there was only one in the closet) since our luggage was lost. The gentleman at the desk took down the information. Car was booked. Robe never made it to the room. Took a call to housekeeping to finally have it delivered. The 2 young women working the executive lounge were delightful and made for a pleasant evening after a difficult and disappointing day. Canapes were hand delivered, beer and wine flowed, cheese tray, nibbly snacks and nuts were plentiful. Great spot for plane watching!
A couple of post stay hiccups - a charge to my card for possible incidentals hasn't been release. Also the 1000 point welcome gift was not credited to my account but the stay was (used 22K points). I sent an email to the hotel (
[email protected]) and hope for a quick resolution. I'm betting it will be resolved before our lost luggage is found!
