Maybe, I specifically said 261 but maybe they misunderstood.
Anyways, I sent in a short note to UA specifically citing 261. How long does it usually take to get a response. It's been a few days and I've heard nothing at all from them.
It took them almost 4 weeks to respond to my 261 complaint
