Yesterday for me the hold times varied between 2 hours on the E75K line and 1 hour, 20 mins on the regular line with no callback option offered on either one.
I tried much later in the evening and got thru in just over 30 mins on the E75K line, however, the first agent was absolutely clueless and unhelpful, so I ended the call.
Another 30ish minutes on hold and the second agent was great, got the exact fare difference to what I thought it would be, and apologized for her previous colleague who obviously left a note on my PNR as well as the awful website issues.
