This may be a stupid question so sorry if it is, but would still like confirmation. If I book Icelandair Saga Premium Flex (fully refundable), and the fare goes down, I assume all I have to do is to rebook and cancel my existing ticket for a full refund? I assume the only risk is that between the time I cancel the ticket and book another one, all the seats could be already sold out? Can I book the new seats and THEN cancel the existing more expensive tickets? Of course, there is no guarantee that fares will go down. Or will Icelandair give me the lower price and refund the difference?
