ks_8999, thanks for the suggestion. I called UA and there is no record of any eSWUs being transferred over. This is looking like a coupon connection transaction gone awry. See my post (#56) here:

You should call UA and ask them to check the SRR fields to make sure the upgrade status is OK and that your friend need do nothing more. If the SSR fields for the segments being upgraded do not have his mileage number, then the upgrade will not process correctly.
