I have looked into this in the past. It was $1200+ -- probably more now with the increased gas prices (this was for an SUV - limo would be more).

Most of the reputable Vegas limo rental services will offer it -- they offer anything at about $70/hour for an SUV/a bit more for a limo. The length of the drive is similar to the grand canyon excursions many of the them offer for about $600 -- but you end up paying 2x the hours because you have to cover their return trip.
