I ended up staying at the JW and had an experience similar to that posted above by PresRDC My LT Titanium upgrade was to a Panoramic Suite. I overall really liked the property and my only gripe would be actually finding the hotel is a bit difficult. I had a car that I needed to park and that was a challenge even with a Nav and me being a German speaker. To save others the confusion, if you want to valet you will need to find the hotel (which sits behind another building) and go down a small driveway to pull up in front of the hotel. (the hotel is not in plain view from the street due to it sitting behind another building) If you want to self park, there is a garage entrance in the large building between the JW building and the building that houses the Moxy and Residence Inn....the garage is called something like the MyZiel garage. When you pull in, park on the first lower level you will get to after entering the garage. There are a couple of signs that say "Hotel" on them that you will need to find and follow. Overall it was really confusing and I even had to ask the guys detailing cars in the parking garage.

I would stay at the hotel again without hesitation, for those hoping to use 35k certs + points....I would not get your hopes up because every time I have checked the hotel since my stay it's been well over 50k. I was just trying to book it for a one night pre-return flight y in September and it's coming up at 59k for the night.

Here some pics of my suite:
