I have one-way award reservations for a family of 4 (excited for our 1st time in Quad Qsuites). Over the course of the last 6 months there have been couple of minor schedule changes and I called AA to confirm/accept each schedule change.
I am not currently in the US and this week I received the latest schedule change emails (minor 10 minute change not affecting mct in DOH). I've read upthread that in some instances AA incorrectly reissued e-tickets due to a schedule change and the passengers only realized this at the QR check-in counter.
- Is there any alternative to calling AA to confirm/accept this latest schedule change?
- Is there any way to verify (on either AA.com or QR website) that AA has correctly (re)issued the e-ticket #s?
I'd like to avoid any last-minute distress calls to AA asking them to re-issue the tickets at QR check-in counter in BOM. Any advice from FTers who have been in similar situations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
