Hello - I'm sure this has been addressed here many times before, but I've searched the forum and can't find the answer (mods, feel free to move this to an existing thread if relevant). I just booked a flight on AA using Avios. I have the BA reference number, but obviously would like to have the AA record locator to manage the reservation on the AA website.

The pandemic has made me rusty, this is probably the first time in four years I've used Avios to book a flight on AA. I recall some old hacks about using the Qantas or Royal Jordanian websites to find the AA record locator - I've tried both but not seeing the number. Most travel blogs that come up in Google searches say you can enter the BA number into the "record locator" field of the "Manage Trips/Check In" section of the AA website, but I just get errors when doing so.

Any way to find this information without having to resort to calling AA? Thanks...
