You can't use the upgrade certificates for exotics locations. However I have had some luck securing some of the lower tier "exotics" (range rover, 7 series, etc) occasionally just by asking.

Anyone know how come I can book the same rentals at Enterprise (all the luxury/exotic cars) the exactly same as Enterprise exotics but at a cheaper cost going with Enterprise? Same location at LAX. Never rented with Enterprise except for when my car was in repairs through insurance. That was through Enterprise Exotics, that was a separate branch from Enterprise. Those exotic cars cannot be booked at Enterprise but for LAX Enterprise, you can book all the enterprise exotics through enterprise.
