I got an email from IHG today with a sincere apology and assurance that everything was fixed.

Sure enough...I tried to register and everything went through fine.

$25.00 showed up immediately in Travelbank.

Reaching out on Twitter really seemed to get the ball rolling.

Glad it's fixed.
