I'm surprised this happened. I've been stuck overnight more than once where UA/AA refused to deliver bags that would otherwise sit overnight somewhere. Now I usually pack a small toiletry kit, socks, and underwear in my carry-on if I've checked a bag for this eventuality but more often it's a delayed bag that did not make it to my destination, which has happened three times this year, AA; not going for great anymore are you?
