Call the police. I don't know whether it's a crime to continue to film a naked person in a context in which consent is either clearly not given or dubious at best. I suspect it might be. This should be your best avenue to making sure that the person does not use the footage. I think I would focus on that part with the police -- the hotel knows who the person is and getting contacted by the police will help ensure they do not post the images. Hard to know whether you can get the police to take it seriously but I think that is the right place to start in order to protect against further violation.
With respect to what you want from the hotel, that's for a lawyer to do. They were clearly negligent. It's negligence that happens quite often, but in this case it had more than the typical impact.
