I spent 9 nights split over 4 stays (5/1/1/2) in June and thought I'd share my experience. My impressions - beds are comfy, breakfast on the 9th floor has a great view of the Bosphorous however very limited vegan options for me, rooms are a bit small and no upgrades given to this lifetime titanium plat - would have been nice on at least one or two stays but I didn't ask at check-in, the Hamman spa is a wonderful experience - did that twice. Location is excellent - the tourist attractions and lots of restaurants within a short walk/tram ride - my favs include Shang palace (at the Shangri-la), Soho house (Cecconi's), Murver (in the next door Novotel) among others. The thing that stood out to me was the hospitality/staff... very attentive - Mert (bellboy) would meet us at the Novotel to help with our bags and kept our main items in storage as we used the hotel as a base to explore other cities (Bodrum and Cappadocia). The front desk staff went above and beyond when we had a small medical emergency calling different hospitals in the area as we needed a specific specialist. They also went to the pharmacy afterwards and filled our scrip. I would use the Marriott messaging app and they would respond within 15 mins with my requests fulfilled.
