Early Check-in: Requested 1:30p via e-mail. Arrived @ 1:30p, upgraded room not ready until 3:30p
Late Checkout: Requested 4:00p and granted w/out issue
Upgrade: Mountain Suite
Amenity: $100 spa credit - Asked at check-in if we could use this for F&B and lift tickets and granted no problem
Breakfast: $75 in charges (total tab for 2 w/tip) removed at check-out
Comment: At check-in, friendly, but green, clerk gave no mention of FHR benefits, breakfast, $100 credit, upgrade etc. Asked about an upgrade to a Mountain Suite (next cat up) and she slid a card across the counter and said: "You'll have to call the reservations line and ask." I stood there in disbelief... before I could say anything the concierge sitting at her desk jumped up and came over and instructed the check-in clerk to call and ask. It turned out there was a Mountain Suite available and the upgrade was granted. After that I proactively asked about each benefit ("What is our breakfast benefit?" "Is 4p check-out an issue?" "Is the spa credit flexible?" "Is there anything else we need to know about the property?") Check-in process a bit head-shaking, but just chalking it up to a new hire. Overall an incredible property and the Mountain Suite was awesome: 2-story with a huge living area, full kitchen/bfast table, big spa bathroom that looked out to trees. Had dinner at the Tree Room (highly recommend) and drinks & lunch at the Owl Bar (also recommend: get the burger and dirty fries.)
