After traveling for 24+ hours and arriving at 3am, I discovered Amex somehow messed up my booking. It showed my reservation as through Expedia instead of Amex THC so I get no benefits. It was a little more expensive but one of the benefits of THC is a $100 credit which covered the difference. Wish I could comment on the breakfast, executive lounge, or upgraded rooms but alas...

While trying to work at the room desk, I discovered the HDMI and USB connections don't work, and neither does the desk lamp. The AC seems to work fine though and doesn't clunk any more loudly than I'd expect when it turns on.
