@ Rio - Complaint about escort services being advertised in a form of a business card left on my night table during turn down service
@ Montreal - Complaint of hotel operating during a labour strike with no advance notice - no executive lounge, no room service, fitness centre closed and housekeeping every other day. Oh and picketing employees yelling at me when I arrived.
@ Atlanta - Complaint of front desk manager who refused to accept that bonus bucks can be applied to LNF rates. (I miss those British Pounds BB Bucks)
@ Phuket - Complaint of hotel denying use of the entire beach because of a Thai Royal Family member (Princess)
You’ll probably be disappointed. Most hotels don’t write anything. In my case, the only things recorded were the email exchanges which you’ve undoubtedly already seen.
