Under TK rules or the UA rules if deferred, you will receive a international business class bag waiver. What UA is publishing on their website will not changed that.
Just go to the airport and check-in, you will be fine. Those errors on the UA website are a known issue in these circumstances (cash J ticket) which is a confusing set of rules but under any of these rules DOT or IATA MSC , you will be fine.

I can't count the number of times I had incorrect baggage allowance information from United on an email when the itinerary involves multiple carriers. No need to call UA, most agents know the emails often have incorrect information.
