I got this last year at my bday and I had three different hotels booked for a trip before my bday to Europe. I asked them to follow up with the hotels and see which one could either confirm my SNA or confirm rooms with two beds as I had booked single beds based on availability. They told me they would try but I'd have better luck contacting them myself. Some of the hotels did proactively reach out to me after AMB contacted them and said they'd rather work with me than through an intermediary

Ambassador is completely worthless but I'm stuck with Marriott and I'm hitting it regardless.
