In Feb. 2020 we re-booked OAK-SNA (flight cancelled by WN without explanation) to OAK-LAX but it was impossible to do online and had to wait an hour for an agent/callback. We got a $50 goodwill credit after I complained about the cost of the Uber ride from LAX->Anaheim. The computer had autoassigned a flight that was >24 hours later which did not work for us.
