Just spent a couple of nights at the PH Milan and it was an excellent experience. Staff is very well trained, trying to anticipate our needs. Upgraded to a suite using a certificate, bathroom was huge, excellent amenities. Breakfast was very good, as globalist we had the buffet and an a la carte item. Francesca, F&B supervisor, came to check on us if everything was satisfactory, specifically asking for anything that could be improved, and we could not find anything. Valet parking was complimentary, as I booked on points. You cannot beat the location. I would be back in a heartbeat.
