I got an email from the Ambassador team today congratulating me on my wedding anniversary (which is next month) and saying that they would be happy to help me plan something special. This feels so generic and is clearly just Marriott looking for additional bookings. I got one of these emails around my birthday and it generated nothing (not even a note during the stay). I think it's a joke that these are even sent. If we had dedicated ambassadors I could see this resulting in something but this is just a cash grab. I replied that I have planned a trip for my anniversary and I booked my hotels with Hyatt. Thanks but no thanks.
