I would go with 3A/J or 2A/J. My preference is for the right hand (J) side, but there is no good reason for this. I take Row 3 on odd flights and Row 2 on even flights due entirely to meal orders. Row 4 is very much not reccomended because of the noise and light from the J class galley.
