Hi FlyerTalk,

I will be embarking on a mileage run this weekend, and there is an AMS-CDG leg on my flight that I would like to move to a later time. I booked this flight through my travel agent, but he surprisingly can't change the flight. I am a Diamond Medallion on Delta, and thus a SkyTeam Elite Plus member. If I go to the Air France lounge at YYZ (and ask very nicely, lol) would they be able to change that leg of my flight day of and keep me in business class, assuming seats are available? I will try every avenue to get them to change it beforehand, but so far I keep getting the "you booked through a travel agent, so there's nothing we can do" BS. Thank you in advance!
