Exactly; I did not mind that the charging plug was not working and they had to move me, but this is not okay:
I usually don't care about the IFE but it the safety demo wasn't working for me and the person in front; I feel like that should have some sort of legal consequences because if I didn't point it out, they would just have taken off without briefing us at all 🤷🏻♂️
