Hello there, I have a problem it seems let me explain.
Based on the seat sketch presented an also the prices of the seats, I bought seats in row 10, it was depicted as an emergency Row.
But after a while I see the sketch again and the emergency row is row 11. I can see however prices on row 10 are higher than normal seats and prices on row 11 are the same as any other seat.
I call LATAM and I realize the representatives are not there to help so I have no alternative than wait and see. however if any of you can help me solve the puzzle I would be very thankful.
