This! Exactly what I was thinking.
Oh and re the bonds, I think only the BOJ buys them from what I’ve heard. Makes no sense to me but I was on the receiving end of a lecture on the topic by a Japanese armchair economist recently who claimed so. Don’t trust everything you read on the internet?
Good thing is I don’t care enough to worry about it.
