ive never traveled to South America.

traveled a lot to asia but im tired of it.

i prefer to stay in capital city because I am a city person.

what is the difference in these places? prices, cultural, ethnic, etc.
is it safe?

I would like to find a girlfriend that i can bring to my home country europe.
