I'm on an international J award ticket to Maldives. The first leg, a domestic AA flight, is currently in economy, and I found another flight on the same route that has domestic F space for 25k; the booking code is U, and it doesn't say web special. But AAgents can't find the space on their system to be able to add to my itin.

Is there a legit reason it's not possible?
