Trying through facebook (yeah, facebook!) and messaging them, tied me with whatsapp and by entering en for english and then 1 to check booking and entering my booking ref and my last name, it rang right. So, their online system DOES NOT WORK on their website. This is so weird. The comments on their facebook website are pretty bad. I suppose we should be ready for some issues starting with luggage losses... we will make sure we travel with cheap duffel bags and cheap clothes. :-)
