I bought two roundtrip tickets from MIA (USA) to ORY (FRANCE) via Casablanca (MAROCO) leaving July 27 '22 and coming back Aug 19 '22.

I bought the two tickets through the company's website. I got two confirmations emails for my wife and myself including the Eticket pdf with the scanning icon, eticket numbers and ref. booking number.

Since we are close to our departure, I wanted to check if the filghts were still scheduled (and they are) and whether I could check my booking. However, when I enter either the eticket number or the last name associated with the ref. booking number/code, I get this error message: "ERROR: No Passengers Found. No booking has been retrieved. Please check your identification details."

They use the Amadeus reservation platform and apparently, when this error shows up, it is often because of a duplicate in the system. Not sure it is overbooking or something else, but it surely got me worried. I tried to call today but it is Sunday so I will try tomorrow. I also filed a claim online as their email returns an automatic message forcing me into making a claim. Their online claim has also grammar errors and there are no codes for the usa to be called (I used canada instead, since it is the same [1]).

Not sure we will make it there and I need to know asap as I also have pre-paid my three weeks car rental in France via AVIS. The price was good (given the circumstances nowaday) so, I wanted to seal the deal with the car rental. I think I can cancel 48h in advance with no penalty if I recall.

I will keep you posted, but it sounds like they cancelled on us without notifying us? THanks to share if you have experienced something similar. I flew with RAM when I was little (over 40 years ago and they were very fine by then, looks like the company is going to hell if I judge of the bad ratings recently).
