Female business travellers wear heels! Once upon a time, I traveled about 70% of the time. I often went from the airport directly to a meeting, so more often than not, I flew in a suit or dress and heels. In fact, with my Travelpro and gray trench coat, I was often mistaken for a PMUA flight attendant.

BTW - I always kept the heels on during those flights.
