We went in April. I would say things were basically back to pre-covid-normal. All restaurants, bars, kids club, etc were open. It is a great property, nice rooms, food and beverage is excellent, albeit pricey.

Book a base room, as your odds of an upgrade to oceanview are very high - there are only a small number of rooms that don't face ocean. If you are Titanium or above they say they will give you free breakfast (+1) for your stay if they don't upgrade you (we were upgraded). They also give Platinums and up a $100 resort credit per stay (although they "forgot" to do this so we had to follow up later).

I recommend the cabana rentals if hanging out at the pool - a bit pricey but they come with a fair amount of food/drink. Also check out the Carribbean Fish market (short walk or the Ritz runs a free shuttle) for an excellent seafood meal. We didn't do a club upgrade - weren't even offered one - so I can't comment on that.

All in all a great stay and a fantastic property. It's easily the nicest resort on St Thomas. Only thing I didn't love was the steep resort fee at $85/night - though it did cover a bunch of stuff like valet parking (rent a car so you can explore the island), kayak/paddleboard/snorkel rentals, tennis, and a daily rum tasting.

Happy to answer other questions while it is still fresh in my mind.
