FYI - I went to Seatguru and checked out my seats for a 757-200 this week and found we were in Row 14, which is in front of an exit row. The UAL desk says that only the two window seats do not recline, but Seatguru says that every one in the row do not.

United insists otherwise -- it is a JFK- SFO flight at 8:40 a.m. on 1/2/05.

Who do you think is right? We have the whole row.

Does the mere fact that bulkheads lack floor storage during take off and landing warrant a "yellow." Or is there something elses I am missing?

Thanks in advance for all your help!
