Biz Plat renewal in September. Have called twice and the reps seem annoyed I am trying to get a retention offer before the annual fee posts… no offer at all for my first inquiry, $100 loyalty credit (no spend) for second call.

Should I wait until closer to September? Got the 55k offer on a personal Plat in the past year, but otherwise no past retention offers. This was not a NLL and it’s not sockdrawered but I do have two other sockdrawered NLL Biz Plats.
