You just never know. They only cater a specific amount of each choice, not the same amount for each. It is a game of roulette depending on the passengers. You might have a cabin full of vegetarians one day or one of carnivores the other.
I just worked J on WS19 LHRYYC today. Quantities of entree for 16 seats were:
Beef: 7
Chicken: 6
Vegetarian Pasta: 6
19 entrees for cabin that seats 16. Not bad.
However as said; if you pre-order VGML you won’t have to wonder.
As well; we have started taking meal orders by WSRewards status first. FYI.
