JL3 was only moved to this departure time with the expansion of Haneda capacity on March 31st 2020. And has basically not operated at all due to the pandemic. So there are no trip reports on what JAL are doing in terms of service. I can't remember if the menus were uploaded back then, but they are currently not uploaded to give a hint of the service. When the flights eventually starts, I guess we will get to know.
