I think its safe to say, there is something about the conduct of your account that they dont like - either transactions/spending patterns, or something to do with payments to your account. No one here can really help you with that, in my view. Lets be honest, if you were doing something suspicious with your card you probably wouldnt admit that here. Or its possible you are doing something you feel is completely innocent but which looks suspect to Amex. In either case, its not something a forum can assist with. All you can do is speak to Amex regarding the card fees and MR points and try to appeal to them that whilst they can absolutely exercise their prerogative to terminate their relationship with you, in good faith, you should be entitled to any pro-rata fees back and the opportunity to use your membership rewards points balance, given the zero-notice cancellation of your card.
