Six months ago I waited a couple of hours as a Titanium member. Earlier this month it was more like 4 days. It's irritating that one doesn't even get a "claim received" confirmation email.

Something is broken in their system. I've had to file three or four claims in the last couple months. Every one of them eventually gets posted with an email update, but then a few days later I get a non-automated email saying the claim was reviewed and the stay was already posted. Seems like their understaffed rep team is doing double work.
