Had to get a black cab, as there was not a single Uber around (never happened to me before). Cost me £95 home and £60 back 8 hours later. Journey time that night was fairly long at just over an hour into northwest London area. I note from other threads that their budget for hotels is round about £200/night. So would there be a point me saying "listen you told me I couldn't get a hotel which was a lie so here's my bill for the taxis I had to take instead of the hotel". Yes? No? Maybe?
