Looks like I might be a couple or 3 pounds over the weight limit on one of my carry-on pieces flying business calls from JFK to FRA. Would they make me check the overweight bag, pay an additional fee, check it or allow it? The other piece is well under the weight limit so between the two I am under the total weight allowed for two but I am guessing they base the weight on individual pieces for allowance purposes. Is Singapore real strict on their weight policy for carry-on bags? Thanks.
