Uh, so they changed the policy recently. Mexico City used to be included in the allowed destinations (I have never flown to MEX, but misread the page before my last trip to Mexico and thought all of Mexico was included… which then cost me two day passes at the LAX lounge because I had promised my wife lounge access).
